Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi has taken time out of her busy schedule to visit the victims of Ibadan explosion.
Taking to her Instagram page to share videos, she revealed that she paid a visit to Ruth and her family, one of the victims of the Bodija blast. Promising to share more videos, she said a word of prayer for all who have been affected by the explosion, praying for his to replenish their loss and heal their wounds.
She stated that the incident had left her short of words as she expressed love for her.
“I went to see Ruth and her family who were affected by the Bodija blast. I will be posting more videos from the scene. To everyone affected May God replenish the loss and heal your wounds, I’m short of words. Ruth, we love u and I’m deeply sorry once again.

In another post, she stated that she also visited other victims of the incident.
“I went to the scene of the Bodija blast and also went to see a few people who were affected by the Bodija blast, To everyone affected May God replenish the loss and heal your wounds, I’m short of words”.
Toyin Abraham isn’t the only celebrity who visited the explosion scene.
Muyiwa Ademola, who resides in Ibadan, had recounted his experience as he visited the scene, describing it as a devastating one. He stated that it’s another thing to see it on the internet or TV, as the feeling is totally different in the actual place.
The Yoruba actor noted how many lives were lost, properties lost, and hope dashed. He sent condolence messages to the victims and appreciated the team of officials at the site
Speaking on the incident, actress, Aisha Lawal revealed that she was in Bodija when the explosion happened and her ears are still hurting from the effect.
Appreciating God for her life, Aisha narrated her experience, disclosing that she had parked her car to buy suya opposite an estate, but later moved it to the location where the incident happened.
The movie star said she saw many dead bodies as she questioned what caused the unfortunate incident.
Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ housemate, Groovy Mono, who was in Ibadan at the time, revealed that he heard the explosion from his hotel room. Pleading to his Maker, he stated that the pictures and clips he had seen from the explosion were scary.
Checking up on others, he questioned if they were all safe.
