Popular radio personality, Tolu Oniru-Demuren, aka Toolz has joined the rest of the world to celebrate National Curves Day which is observed on the second Wednesday in October recognition of plus-sized women and men all across the country.
Toolz Oniru used the opportunity to advise fans and followers on her verified Instagram page to stop bodyshaming anyone who is plus sized because she had fair share of that in her career.
“Apparently today is #NationalCurvesDay
Its a day to celebrate plus-sized men and women – its also a day to combat the issue of body shaming on social media platforms.
One of these days I’ll tell you about how bodyshaming had me rethinking my whole career. Thank God I didn’t give up!!
Tag your favourite plus-sized people/public figures/celebrities,” Toolz Oniru wrote.
