In the bid to celebrate struggling, hard-working women and men in rural communities, Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh have embarked on an empowerment programme.
In a post shared on her Instagram page, the actress said her foundation is reaching out to vulnerable women and single mothers, which cuts across all works of life, religion and culture.
