BBNaija’s Tolanibaj set to give DJ Cuppy a run for her money as she unveils new project

Big Brother Naija season 5 reality star Tolanibaj is marking her birthday today, October 20th with double blessings.

The reality star, is set to give DJ Cuppy and other female DJs a run for their money, as she delves into the DJing business.

The YouTube made the announcement on her Instagram page hours ago.

Tolanibaj revealed that she was excited to share the good news.

“Surprise, surprise! It’s my birthday & excited to finally share with you all that I’m now a DJ & more”.

Tolanibaj recounts her horrible experience

Early this year, Tolani Baj had opened up about her horrible experience working for a popular music label.

This came after Timi Ajiboye tweeted about how Nigerian employers own salaries and get away with a lot of bullshit.

“Nigerian employers get away with a lot of bullshit (like owing salaries ad infinitum) partly because most people don’t have better options. Even if you quit, there’s likely someone else willing to take such abuse”.

Reacting to this, Tolanibaj applauded him for speaking up. She recounted how she was fired from her record label for speaking up for her rights.

She wrote,

“Yes! Thank you for speaking up. I got fired from a record label here in Nigeria for speaking up for my rights.

I was owed for months and I stopped going to work and pled via email for my money. The music industry tried to silence me by trying to hide the main reason why I got fired.”

Describing Old Trafford as the the Theatre of Dreams, Cuppy said her price had just gone up because of the privilege she had to DJ at the home of English premier league side, Manchester United, Old Trafford.

She wrote;
