‘This is for my daddy and Habeeb’, Tiwa Savage sheds hot tears as her newly released EP makes it to the top list

Popular Nigerian music superstar, Tiwa Savage has shed uncontrollable tears as she dedicates her newly released EP to her late father and friend, Habeeb also known as Obama DMW, as it made it to the top list a few hours after its release.

In another post, she expressed her excitement while getting exceptional reviews from her recently released EP titled Water and Garri.

The EP which was officially released today, August 20, 2021 consist of five tracks just in time for the weekend chills, which includes Work Fada ft Nas & Rich King, Ade Ori, Tales by Moonlight ft Amaarae, Somebody’s son ft Brandy and Special Kinda ft Tay Iwar.

Taking to her Instagram page, she revealed to her fans that she broke free from her comfort zone and took the chance to create the music without fear and without knowing what to expect from her listeners.

However, she has bragged about her musical prowess after its release due to how it has lived rent-free in the heads of fans.

She wrote:

I took a chance, I broke free, I put the music first, I created without fear. I didn’t know what to expect when I dropped this, but you all feeling this EP means I can never go wrong if I truly listen to my heart
