Nigerian music executive Soso Berekon has refutes the claims that singer Teni narrowly escaped being kidnapped in River State during her performance.
Kemi Filani News earlier reported that what was supposed to be a night of fun for Teni and music lovers turned to soar as gunshot interrupted the show.
According to an eyewitness, the Teni’s bouncers foiled the kidnapping attempt by firing randomly into the air.
Since then, Nigerians have been left worried and expressed concern for Teni about her well-being over the ugly incident.
However, music executive Soso Berekon while reacting to the post on an Instagram blog, said that Teni’s bouncer did not release any gunshot.
He added that the disruption of the show was due to a fight that broke out at the event and was never a kidnapping attempt.
He wrote: Bouncer shot? Lies!! It was a fight not kidnap.
Kemi Filani News recalls that this is coming days after gospel singer Tope Alabi Tope and her crew recently surprised Teni, on her birthday.
Teni had celebrated her birthday with a throwback photo on her Instagram profile on Thursday, December 23rd, and thanked God for the new year.
Tope Alabi filmed the moment she surprised Teni at her house in a video posted on her Instagram page a few hours ago.
Teni, who was still laying on the couch in the video, was taken stunned when she saw Tope Alabi at her house.
Teni sang enthusiastically with the gospel singer, and Tope Alabi afterwards prayed for her.
