Nigerian Singer and entertainer, Simi has come under fire from online haters after she made comments on Tems outfit at the 2023 Oscar event.

Tems’ attire at the 2023 Oscar Awards held on March 13th, 2023 at Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A, left fans amazed and sparked widespread conversation.

Tems responded to queries about her outfit, which had caused a commotion.

After Tems responded to the post, Simi replied with a laughing comment, writing ‘LMAO’.

However, this response failed to appease netizens, who continued to criticize and call her out for her remark.

Kemi Filani reported that Tems was nominated for ‘Best Original Song’, for her feature in “Lift me Up” from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Unfortunately, the fast rising singer lost the award to “NAATU NAATU” from the hit Telugu-language film RRR.

NAATU NAATU made history by becoming the first Indian film song to win an Oscar.
