Earlier today, Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus was attacked by her followers on Instagram for allegedly holding onto a sponsor’s N500,000 meant for a giveaway.

Eniola Badmus was reportedly given N500,000 to share to some poor Nigerians to help cushion the effect of COVID-19 in the country, only for her to hold onto the money after the sponsor refused to pay her N150,000 for the giveaway services. Read all about it here.

Eniola Badmus has now cleared the air on the issue as seen in these screenshots shared on her Instagram page moments ago.

Let her send it now and avoid this stain
How much is bank charges of 100 transfers? Less than 5,000 naira. Presently, the charge is reduced to a rate of 20 naira or so,which means the charge will be less than 3000 naira. If she was communicating well with the donor, there would not have been misunderstanding. She could also have reduced transfer to each person by the relative charge..I wish her well.

Ebooks Badmus is in business masquerading as a social benefactor. Her arithmetic is, however, very deficient. That’s why she thinks she can ask for 150k as bank charges on 500k.
She even says that sending money to 100 people is tedious but she can sit on the net publishing frivolities all day.
    Please give me a break.
