Saheed Osupa, Simi, Malaika, others console Pasuma as he lays his mother to rest

Nigerian entertainment celebrities have sent their condolences to singer Wasiu Alabi known as Pasuma, as he finally lays his mother to rest.

An online video captured Alhaja Adijat Kuburat being laid to rest, according to the Muslim rites and tradition.

The deceased was buried at her home residence amidst families, neighbours and friends.

It was reported some hours back that Pasuma wept uncontrollably while mourning his late mother, Alhaja Adijat Kuburat.

The singer was captured in the company of friends and Muslim clerics who tried to console him with encouraging words about the good lifestyle of his late mother..

Prior to this, Pasuma announced the demise of his precious mother, who died on the 6th of April, 2023.

With a heavy heart, Pasuma announced his mother’s death on his verified social media page.

The singer bade his mother farewell, urging her to continue watching over him from heaven.

Pasuma was consoled by his colleagues and other entertainment celebrities such as Brodashaggi, Toyin Abraham, Saheed Osupa, Simi, Mercy Aigbe, Malaika, Bolanle Ninalowo, Iyabo Ojo, Femi Adebayo, Faithia Williams, Korede Bello and a host of others.

Pasuma celebrates his mother and daughter in a sweet way

In 2022, Pasuma celebrated his mother and daughter on their birthday with a prayerful and heartwarming message.

Sharing a photo of his daughter and mother, Pasuma wrote, “Happy birthday my golden mother Alhaja Adijat Kuburat(Iyawo Anobi)and delectable and sexý Navy Daughter(Opeyemi Khadija)More Calendar to tear off insha ALLAHU Amin.”

Funke Akindele loses mother

In like manner, Kemi Filani reported that Funke Akindele had lost her mother.

The news was shared by her sister, Olubunmi Akindele, who disclosed that they lost their mother on the 7th of February.

“It is with heavy hearts, but in total submission to God Almighty, that the ADEBANJO and AKINDELE families announce the passing of their daughter, mother, grandmother and sister. DR. R B ADEBANJO-Akindele, which occurred on Tuesday, 07 February 2023.

May her gentle soul begin its rest eternal in peace. Amen. Obsequies in honour of her passing shall be announced in due course.
