This is not the best time for Star Boy, Wizkid as veteran Nigerian singer, Anthony Olanrewaju Awotoye aka Tony Tetuila, and Ghanaian singer, Tic Tac, have sued the singer over copy right infringement.
According to court documents, the duo are demanding over N30 million from him because his single “Gbese” produced by DJ Tunez, has some content from Tony Tetuila and Tic Tac’s 2004 “Fefe Na Efe” hit song.
They are also seeking 35% of both digital sales and royalties DJ Tunez and Wizkid received from the song.
