Queen Opeyemi Omobolanle, one of the wives of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi is in a celebratory mood over the thoughtful gift the late monarch gave to her.
The queen stated that it is difficult to describe how much their gesture of support in their times of need means to her and the palace.
For her, to have a reminder from the people that care about them is immeasurable.
She recounted how she stepped into the monarch’s home as a nobody not knowing a lot of good things are attainable when a woman finds her missing ribs.
She noted how the late Alaafin made her a noble person when she was alive and even planned a notable gift for her.
“It is difficult to describe just how much your gesture of support in our time of need means to us. To have a reminder from the people that care for us that we are not alone in our grief is immeasurable. This has reminded me a day I breezed into your kingdom as a nobody not knowing lot of good things is attainable when a woman finally found her missing ribs. You’ve made me a notable person when you where alive and you even planned a notable gift that every living and meaningful soul always prays to owns, which is a house, and this is not just a house but a Mini Paris located in Africa Continent. Queen Omobolanle expressed how hard it is for her to bid him goodbye.
“It’s very hard for me to say goodbye Akanda, the person that has heard, the child of the body is called….. Atanda my Adeyemi, My Ace, My Aye… My king, My Husband, Atanda the son of Adeyemi Alowolodu I miss you”.
