Nigerian socialite and club owner, Mike Nwogu better known as Pretty Mike has stirred mixed reactions with his advise to parents to keep their kids away from celebrities.
In wake of the Chrisland school alleged rape case, Pretty Mike admonished parents to keep their kids away from celebrities particularly Nigerian celebrities.
Giving reasons, he said that majority of them have no social sanctions and at such display their bad behaviours as good trend.
Comparing how Nollywood influence ritual killings, he opined that false lifestyle, drugs and sex displayed on social media have fast gained more momentum with underage kids.
He wrote, “And then the idiots we have as celebrities, have no social sanctions. Display their bad behaviours as good trend. Keep your kids away from Nigerian celebrities. Just like Nollywood influence ritual killings through movies…false lifestyle, drugs and sex already gaining more momentum with underage kids”.
His post was met with mixed reactions as many avowed that the socialite isn’t in the best position such give such advice due to his controversial lifestyle.

Kemi Filani news recalls Pretty Mike had slammed Muslims who deprive themselves of physical and worldly pleasure during Ramadan and return to them afterwards.
In a lengthy post on Instagram, Pretty Mike questioned the recent trend where people return to their old character after the fasting period.
According to Pretty Mike, it is deceitful and hypocritical to act in such a manner, adding that many Muslims are combining their religion with societal trends so it can suit their lifestyle.
