Presidential aspirant, Peter Obi couldn’t hide his excitement as he met award winning singers, Flavour and Phyno.

The presidential candidate was in Washington DC to continue his eight-day-eight-city tout and to meet with Nigerians in Diaspora.

Phyno and Flavour made a surprise appearance at the Economic Discourse at Howard University, Washington, USA.

The Labour Party presidential candidate was at a Dinner in Washington DC when he met the singers.

Peter Obi was overjoyed to see them as he gave them a royal welcome.

Kemi Filani news recalls Peter Obi alongside some politicians from Akwa Ibom state, stormed the Dunamis International Gospel Centre on Friday night, July 29th, 2020; a visit that made the congregation go wild.

Kemi Filani reports that the congregation cheered the presidential aspirant after he was recognised on the church altar by Dr Becky Enenche and it took minutes before decorum was restored.

In the early hours of Saturday during the vigil, Peter Obi was called to the altar by Dr Paul Eneche along some religious and political leaders in a prophetic action to rescue Nigeria from killers and their sponsors.

Pastor Enenche led the special prayer session for Nigeria during the 2022 Mid Year Praise tagged Judgemental Praise at the GLORY Dome, Abuja.

The cleric was joined by Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, former Governor of Anambra State and presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi, the wife of Delta Governor, Edith Okowa and Archbishop John Praise who all cried to God to rescue Nigeria from her enemies.

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, later revealed why he attended Dunamis International Gospel Centre’s 2022 Mid-Year Praise tagged Judgemental Praise at the GLORY Dome Abuja.

Explaining the reason why he attended the all-night service, Obi said it was to fellowship and thank God.

He disclosed this via his Twitter handle with photos of him during the church service.

Obi in a tweet wrote: “I spent an uplifting and exhilarating 8 hours of fellowship amongst fellow Nigerians @DunamisGospel 2022 Mid Year Praise and Worship, with @DrPaulEnenche, his family and other dignitaries.

“I used that auspicious occasion to thank God.”

Recalling his prayer, Obi wrote: “God we have no other nation but Nigeria. Please deliver us. Please save us. Nigeria must not go down. Let your light shine upon this nation.” God is Good! -PO”
