Papa Showw marks new beginnings after assaulting Temidayo Morkinyo

Nollywood actor, Shoneye Olamilekan better known as Papa Showw, has broken his silence, months after he physically assaulted his colleague.

The movie star, who has been laying low since the incident, is back on his feet and set to resume work.

Sharing a photo on his Instagram page, Papa Showw stated that so much time has been lost and many words have been left unsaid.

Speaking in proverbs, he stated that he who learns to listen would understand that the birds in the woods are not just making noise but communicating.

Hence, why it’s a new dawn and a new beginning for him.

He revealed that his next production is coming soon as he urged brands to work with him.

Papa Showw assaults colleague

Kemi Filani reported in May that actress, Temidayo Morkinyo had accused
papa Showw of physically assaulting her on a movie set.

In a series of posts on her Instagram story, Temidayo claimed that the actor had stormed her movie set in Ibadan, Oyo State with some boys to beat her up.

According to her, Papa Show punched her in the face and left her with a broken lip for reporting his unruly behavior to her bosses.

She narrated the incident and how she reported him to her bosses, Afeez Abiodun Seriki and Niyi Johnson, and how he stormed her set with some people to beat her up after he was reprimanded.

AFRIMEK suspends actor, Papa Show

His action cost him a lot as he was suspended from AFRIMEK.

The African Men Entertainment Kings (AFRIMEK) in a letter signed by the Mayor, Femi Adebayo, had distanced itself from the actor, stating that his actions do not represent the identity for which their club stands for and has been known to present.

His shameful act had left the association sanctioning him and placing him on immediate suspension.
