“One Nigerian until it’s time for Igbos to rule” – Solomon Buchi on why Nigerian will always be divided

Also, in a recent development, Solomon Buchi has taken a stance on the division in Nigeria.

Taken to the X platform, the social commentator and life coach revealed that Nigeria will never be one and will always be divided. He also gave his reasons for his statement. He expressed that the reason why Nigeria will always be divided was because the Igbos are not allowed to rule and that they are never given a chance to take a leadership position in Nigeria.

In his words, he had this to say.

“One Nigeria until it’s time for Igbo people to rule Nigeria. Please, Nigeria is not one. It has never been and I’m beginning to believe that it will never be. Let Igbos be Igbos.”

Now, recall that back in December of 2023, Solomon Buchi had revealed that being married to somebody from another tribe is stressful. Recall that Solomon Buchi had gotten married to his wife, Arike Adeola, who is from Nigeria and he’s from Igbo. He expressed the difficulties he faces, particularly in public communication, as well as in his own personal

He lamented about his inability to sometimes converse with his wife in his native Igbo language, especially in public settings, and always has to resort to English.

Also recall that back in August of 2023, Solomon Buchi had cried out over the language that him and his wife, Arike’s kids, would speak. The relationship coach took to his Instagram page to post a sweet video of him and his wife having a conversation about language and kids. He asked her if she thought he was a good Igbo speaker, to which she confirmed.

He went on to disagree with her on being a great Yoruba speaker, seeing as she had grown up in the UK most of her life. He also expressed his worry that his kids might mostly speak up only English words, since the both of them cannot converse to each other in their native language.
