Olori Tobi Phillips, an ex-beauty queen and the third wife of the Ooni of Ife, has revealed how she bought a box full of Asooke to pepper others.

According to her, she had bought the Asooke after her marriage, and her husband, the Ooni had looked at her sarcastically especially since she isn’t a lover of headgear.

Now lamenting, Olori Tobi complained about the constant headache she experiences after wearing them.

“Getting Married, I already bought a box full of Asooke. Ni pe mo ma fun won left and right “Slaying Gele”.

I’m sure my Ori was just looking at me Like yinmu “Just dey Play” coz I haven’t been a Gele person from the onset.

And the way the headache sets in after some minutes of tying Gele regardless of how soft it is, I’m like Omo!

Anyways, I tied this Gele for aesthetics.

Ooni of Ife officially weds his third wife

Kemi Filani reported that Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi got married to Tobi Phillips on Sunday, October 9th.

The monarch’s third wife was seen in videos that made rounds in traditional white attire as she received blessings from her family.

Though the Ooni wasn’t in sight, the King sent his guards, chief, and royal staff.

Tobi Phillips, was the chosen partner of the Ooni before life happened and the Ooni got married to Olori Naomi after his marriage to Wuraola Zainab Otiti hit the rock.

According to sources close to Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the King was in a very serious relationship with Tobi Phillips, who he started dating following his separation. However the two couldn’t get married at that time, and he wedded Olori Naomi.
