Nigerians on social media have reacted to a probe ordered into the flamboyant lifestyle of the Chairman, Five Star Group, Emeka Okonkwo aka E-Money.

The probe which also covers his use of police officers like domestic staff was ordered by the Inspector General of Police, Muhammed Adamu

An order has been issued to the Lagos State Police Command which will see the withdrawal of the six policemen attached to E-Money.

See the reactions gathered from Twitter by Kemifilani:

Omooba_aji wrote: “The way he uses the Policemen as though they’re his Domestic Staff. The ridicule is too much. Iranu”.

Useful Citizen wrote: “They should all hire private bouncers. This definitely will create employment for some”.

Dosbeldot wrote: “What’s Nigeria’s population, how many policemen do we have? What’s police ratio to Nigerians? Some estates in PH have more personal policemen than some states in Nigeria”.

Jidebri wrote: “This is one of the greatest abuse of our security services and should be addressed. As a country of over 200m people and an estimated 300k policemen, we are certainly under-policed. Why then should a large number of policemen be attached to VIPs?”

CNwakozo wrote: “So you withdraw his security because you think his life is in your hand? Ok leave him and let the Almighty now protect him”.

@SunnyObioha wrote: “@PoliceNG
Nonsense. They are all interested in the crumbs that will fall from their tables. There is no more dignity in policemen. Growing as a kid, each time I cry my late Dad will threaten to call the police. Shame”.
