Skitmaker and social media influencer Amarachi Amusi, popularly known as Ashmusy, has been dragged online over the exaggeration of fuel she bought.
It is no news that the inflated price of fuel in the country has affected Nigerians and the prices of goods sold at various markets.
Many have lamented their struggle to board a bus to their respective destinations because of the hike in the price of fuel.
Ashmusy, on Twitter, claimed she bought fuel for one million, two hundred thousand naira and yet her car is on a half tank.
She tweeted, “I just bought fuel for 1.2 million naira and my fuel is still half tank. Somebody save me, Daddy please.”
Her obvious sarcasm was not well accepted by Nigerians, who dragged her for exaggerating the painful situation in the country.
Some mocked her claims, while others said it was insensitive to make such a joke at a crucial time.
