A Nigerian lawyer identified as Malcolm Omirhobo has slammed comedian, Seyi Law over his undying support for President Tinubu.
Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter now known as X, he expressed sadness for the comedian and his future generation. Calling him an emergency comedian, he stated that he is assured that the hardship and hunger in the country has shut down his brain, hence his way of reasoning.
He pondered on why he would want to spend 40yeats with Moses (Tinubu) in the wilderness on foot when he could make the journey by air within 2hours.
“Emergency comedian, Seyi Law or what do you call yourself? I am sure that the hunger and hardship in Nigeria have shut down your brain. If not why do you want to spend 40 years with Moses in the wilderness on foot when you can make the journey by air in 1 hour, 45mins from Egypt to Israel? I pity you and the future of your children .@SeyilawComedy”.
This is coming hours after, Seyi Law had drummed up support for Tinubu, declaring that if another election was to be held tomorrow, he was still going to vote for Tinubu.
He also stated how he would rather stay with Moses through the wilderness than eat meat and drink wine in slavery in Egypt, hinting at the fact that Moses was Tinubu while Egypt was Peter Obi.
He further expressed that while a lot of Nigerians keep on killing the optimism of others with their hate and urge for gratification, he is better privileged because he is more informed than the rest of Nigerians.
Seyi Law isn’t the only one still supporting Tinubu. Footballer, Jude Ighalo’s ex-wife, Sonia had slammed those insulting and criticizing the President, as she questioned who gave them the temerity to disrespect Tinubu.
She concurred that social media should be regulated before it gets out of hand, as she noted how people are sabotaging the president’s efforts to make the country worse.
Sonia added that the gentle move of a tiger doesn’t mean it is timid as she admonished Nigerians to put some respect on his name.
Actor, Yul Edochie also declared that Tinubu had his support as he believed he was a man of wisdom.
He noted how as a leader, Tinubu has access to certain information that the citizens don’t have, hence, why some of his decisions may not be fully understood by the people.
His constant public endorsement of the president has certainly sparked a wave of reactions and discussions among Nigerians and netizens.
