Actress Kemi Afolabi has been dragged online following her call to the Nigerian government to stop suffocating the citizens.

On Instagram, Kemi Afolabi messaged the government about the rising inflation in the country and how it has affected the cost of living.

The actress decried the hike in the price of everything, which had made the country move from bad to worse, urging the government to have mercy on the masses.

She wrote, “The government wants to suffocate US

Kemi Afolabi’s post did not sit well with many who dragged the Nollywood celebrities for supporting the sitting government.

The actress and her colleagues were blamed for supporting the current government to take over from the past administration, which was not well enough for Nigeria.

Recall that fans of Kemi Afolabi showered her with prayers when she revealed what made her sick in a day.

On Instagram, the mother of one lamented the stress she went through after attending two events of her colleagues on the same day.

The actress shared a video that captured her in the company of her newfound bestie, Mercy Aigbe, at Iyabo Ojo, her children’s store launching, and the Adeniyi Johnson’s twins’ ceremony.

Kemi Afolabi asked her fans how they were able to cope with attending two events on the same day, stating she is sick from not resting in between. She, however, congratulated Iyabo Ojo, Adeniyi Johnson and Seyi Edun for their celebrations.

She wrote: Two events in one day abeg how una dey run am wallahi mo ti sick.
