Nigerian Gospel singer, Moses Bliss has taken his newly wedded wife, Marie Wiseborn Bliss to his state, Akwa-Ibom.
The award-winning singer shared a video of him and his wife in Akwa-Ibom, where they received a rousing welcome and VIP treatment.
He revealed that he had taken his age to his state for his Easter concert, The Home Coming, which would be held on Monday, April 1st. He appreciated his people for the royal welcome as he gave a special thanks to his Governor for his unwavering support and love.
“Just arrived with my wife @mariewiseborn to my state for @blissexperience_ Akwa Ibom “The Home Coming”.
.
Thank you so much to my people for receiving us so warmly, we appreciate all the efforts.
Special Thank you to my Governor HE Pastor Umo Eno for your unwavering support and love. We are humbled and we love it here”.
Recall that in January, Moses Bliss topped headlines after he announced his engagement to a Ghanaian lady. He noted how God makes things beautiful in his own time as he shared photos from the proposal.
In March, social media stood still for the lovebirds as they tied the knot in a three-part wedding. The couple first legalized their union with a court wedding in Abuja. This was followed by a traditional marriage in Ghana and then subsequently an elaborate white wedding followed soon after.
The gospel singer had revealed how he met his beautiful wife, Marie Wiseborn, revealing that he had met her through Instagram but in a rather unique way. He disclosed how she had danced to his popular song, “Miracle no dey tire Jesus” and had tagged him to it. He had seen the video and had immediately sent her a DM to respond to the dance, expressing that he loved her dance moves and the rest became history.
His fiancée, on her part, gushed over him, while expressing that he was her gift from God. She also went on to throw some adulations at him, calling him her king and also expressing how blessed she is that God gifted her a man after his heart.
However, a Twitter user had tackled a viral photo from their wedding of some men of God praying for the couple. The photo captured Moses Bliss and Marie Wiseborn surrounded by me of God who laid their hands on them in prayer.
Reacting to it, a Twitter user identified as Morris Monye stated that prayers from men of God don’t guarantee a successful marriage. He made it known that the success of a marriage is exclusively on the ma and wife to make it work.
