Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda requires nothing but prayers from her fans and lovers as she turns 48 today, September 13.

Monalisa noted how the universe has cared for her and showered her with beauty and love.
Monalisa recounted how she born naive and innocent, but today, she is stronger, kinder, and more mature than ever.
Expressing gratitude, she begged her fans to pray for her.
“One more beautiful year has passed in the journey of knowing myself. Life is awesome, so am I. This universe has cared for me and showered me with beauty and love until now, I was born into this world as a naive and innocent soul, but today I’m stronger, kinder , and more mature than ever. I am very grateful to the world. Happy born Day to the world. Say a word of prayer for me Fam love you”.

Monalisa Chinda reacted to the huge demands required by the kidnappers of Cynthia and Clemson by revealing the plights of Nollywood stars.
According to the mum of one, Nollywood actors receive a meagre amount as fees, contrary to the belief of many that they are rich.
Monalisa Chinda also claimed that they go through different struggles, health issues and unpleasant situations for which their earnings could not cater.
She wrote: I don’t understand how people would think that Actors have money… with the paltry sum we receive as fees? The struggle through life vicissitudes, health issues etc. we face every now n then???
