“I have not seen her in six years…my education now on hold” Mide Martins brother, Shina Peter’s son cries for financial help
Damilare Peters, the younger brother of actress Mide Martins has confirmed being abandoned by his sister ever since their mum, Funmi Martins passed on many years ago.
Kemi Filani recalls that late Funmi Martins bore her last child, a boy to famous Nigerian juju musician, Shina Peters nd earlier his week, Gistlover, claimed that the boy who is 19 years now has dropped out of school due to unavailability of funds.
Mide Martins, on the other hand, was accused of abandoning the boy and blocking him on her Whatsapp app to restrict communication with him.
Taking to Instagram to make this known, Gistlover wrote;
“SIR SHINA PETERS(SSP):
Got the late Funmi Martins pregnant (Mide’s Mum) and she bore a son before dying. Do you know till now he hasn’t checked up on that boy- Damilare. He is 19 now and just saw his father recently, Even when they saw; SSP was quick to discharge him at his Iju residence claiming he’ll send something to him. That boy is not living okay as he’s living with his Uncle who more or less is struggling to take care of him. they have contributed their quota from Damilare’s childhood when he was living with his Grandma before she passed on. It’s just so unfortunate that Damilare is really going through all this. His education is on hold as there’s no money to push his academics further.

A woman, celebrity, mother and Sister to Damilare doesn’t send him at all. He’s tried to reach out to her where she blocked him on WhatsApp saying his wahala is too much. How can you neglect and abandon your own blood brother and be doing Yeyebrity up and down, the husband who be Funmi martins worker/driver sef bone the boy, make una beg aunty Mide Yeyebrity to take care of her brother o, Igi ewedu oni wolu wa o”
In a new video released by the blog, Damilare confirmed being abandoned by his sister.
“I have not seen her in six years now, the last time we saw at our grandmother’s burial…..she doesn’t send me money…i finished my SSCE last year, i am trying to gain admission into the university but no financial help….” he disclosed.
Meanwhile, fans have stormed the social media pages of Sir Shina Peters, Mide Martins and Afeez Owo to query them for not doing the needful.
Bombarding Afeez Owo’s instagram page, followers chided him for not taking care of his late boss’ son.
One Adeyemi wrote “Stop living for d gram..takcare of Damilare..ur ogas son…Damilare will be fine🙏🏽oju mati gbogbo yin (God will shame you people) 😏eyin werey”
Shina Peters’ Instagram page has also being bombarded with curses and query from his followers.
“How dare you accept title to become a Bishop and you have kids out there suffering. You are wicked sir, with all the money you have, and your kids are dropping out of school cos of lack of finances, shame on you” one Tolani wrote

Damilate will survive, it’s hard for him now the opposite of hard is to soft. Those who are to care for him should forget about whatever greviances behind and help,sir shina Peters, you need not be knelt for before you accept helping him,,,if he’s not your blood you will still help, therefore think about later, it’s a blessing to both of you if you do. My question is: why should Mide be taking care of Shina’s son? Shina is not a pauper. She should have tried to get Shina to help because the boy is her brother but not take total financial responsibility. Haba she has her own financial issues too.
Forget about all this so called celebrity nonsense, real money comes from prostitution which some of them engage in, Mide is properly married and is not promiscuous. It’s unfair to blame her husband either.
FYI: don’t crucify me, I’ve never met any of these parties, they are not my friends or relatives and I’m not a paid endorser.

Uhmm, is like you guys have forgotten the whole issue, I mean how it happened. I blame More, and the reason is that, from the beginning she should have had this guy in her custody, I could remember be well, how she carried the poor boy when he was a baby crying and weeping for help, them it was Gbenga Adewusis program then. So I believed the boy was supposed to be in his custody. The boy have never be accepted by Shona Peters from the on set, no matter how, Mode who have tried to have the boy in her custody for her mother’s sake.

Sir Shina would not assist the little boy now until he is big and become very famous that is when he will be looking for him and be talking rubbish. Just tge way he abandoned Clearance and the mother raised him single handedly. It us so shameful that Mide too as a woman that is riding on her mum’s past glory could abandon his sibling. Please you people should wake up and be alive to your responsibilities.
