“Loyalty is scarce” Comedian MC Morris slams Bovi for taking a swipe at his helper, Ayo Makun over his beef with Basketmouth

Nigerian comedian, MC Morris has slammed his colleague, Bovi over his involvement in Basketmouth and Ayo Makun’s beef.

It is not news that Basketmouth and Bovi are friends, hence why many weren’t surprised to see Bovi pitch tent with Basketmouth over their fallout.

MC Morris mentioned how Bovi had risen to fame through Ayo Makun, who gave him a platform on his then ‘What wants to be a millionaire comedy platform’.

Now he is watching Bovi take swipe at Ayo Makun in defense of his friend, Basketmouth.

Noting how loyalty is scarce, he stated that the people that killed Jesus Christ have joined the comedy industry.

Calling for prayers for the industry, he wrote,

“People got to know Bovi proper through AY’s who wants to be a millionaire comedy platform. But I watch him today fired a stray bullet at the same AY.

Loyalty is scarce out there. The people that killed Jesus Christ have joined the comedy industry. Pray for our industry cause saboteurs, cultists, and union members are gaining ground”.

Refreshing your memory, Bovi had taken a swipe at Ayo Makun as he reacted to the viral old photo of Basketmouth and Bovi.

Internet sleuths had dug out old photos of Basketmouth, and Ayo Makun following the former claim that he had never taken a photo with Ay before.

Proving him wrong, netizens dug out the old photo of the ace comedians.

Reacting to it, Bovi, who is close friends with Basketmouth stated that the picture was of a celebrity and his fan.

According to Bovi, the picture was taken in 2004 and at the time, AY was a fan of Basketmouth.

He pleaded with Ay not to be offended by the analysis as he begged him not to call Chude Jideonwo on his behalf.

“This is Basketmouth and a fan! 2004! Ay no vex o! Before you go call Chude for me!”.

Basketmouth addresses his beef with Ay Makun

This came following Basketmouth’s Bombas revelation about his fallout with AY.

Basketmouth, during a podcast with the Honest Bunch crew, disclosed what transpired between himself and AY that made him call off their friendship.

Basket mouth revealed that he and AY had never been friends and they have never had any close or personal relationship with him.

He also disclosed that he came in contact with AY through comedy king, Ali Baba, and he had never mentored him before.

Basketmouth claimed something else, which he will not disclose, happened between him and AY, and no client was involved in their feud.

The father of three alleged that AY was using lies about their feud to promote his upcoming show, stating that is his usual style.
