Nollywood actor, Junior Pope Odonwodo better known as Junior Pope has revealed why he wouldn’t spare the rod on his children.
The movie star, shared a video of him giving canes to his children, as he spoke about the need to discipline them.
According to him, his parents never spared the rod when parenting him, hence why he turned out to be a better person. As such, he wouldn’t spare the rod when it comes to his children.
“Spare the rod spoil the child… My parents never spared the rod, which is likely the reason I turned out a better person today and as such I will not spare the rod too on my kids but…

Just days back, Junior Pope was left utterly speechless after his sons surprised him with the unexpected.
According to the father of three boys, he woke up to see his sons washing one of his cars. His oldest son told him they wanted to help him save his money for car wash.
This act reminded him of his old days and made his day memorable.
“Yesterday Morning I woke up to see my boys washing one of my cars; this reminded me of me back in the day. And the oldest Jason said “Daddy we just helped you save 1500 for car wash”. This will be a memorable day for me…. God bless them for me. I am blessed with you boys”.

The proud father of three boys had earned applause from his colleagues as his son wowed guests at his school’s cultural day last year.
The actor had shared a sweet video of his son giving a stage performance where he played the role of a King.
The young lad held the crowd spellbound as he spoke the Igbo dialect fluently.
To add to it, he even broke kola nuts, which is common at every Igbo gathering.
Parents and guardians all stood up to spray his money as they were impressed with his performance.
Hours after sharing the video on his Instagram page, his colleagues took to his comment section to hail him as they praised his son for killing it and representing Igbos.
