Jaiye Kuti finally speaks on her relationship with singer Pasuma

Nollywood actress Jaiye Kuti has finally addressed her relationship with famous fuji singer, Wasiu Alabi, otherwise known as Pasuma.

While speaking with BBC Yoruba, Jaiye Kuti made her fans understand that she did not share a relationship with Pasuma because she is happily married with kids.

The beautiful actress disclose that rumours about her relationship with Pasuma started when she featured the music icon in one of her movies titled “Jaiyeola Monje”. She got married to the singer and the photos from the movie became viral.

According to Jaiye Kuti, her wedding with Pasuma in the movie prompted many to watch the film to see what really went down before them. She further disclosed that the movie was derived from a lullaby which her grandmother sings when she was a young girl.

Jaiye Kuti said there is nothing between her and Pasuma as what existed between them is mutual friendship and the photos were taken from the internet.

Jaiye Kuti celebrates 53rd birthday with love

Kemi Filani recalls that Jaiye Kuti marked her 53rd birthday amidst love and cheers from her fans, colleagues and families, who took to social media to celebrate her new age proudly.

The actress shared stunning photos of herself while she expressed gratitude to God for surviving her challenges in the last 365 days.

While she prayed for more years, the actress penned a sweet note to appreciate her husband and kids for their unending love and understanding.

She wrote: “It’s with great pleasure that am here to celebrate another year of my life. I am grateful for surviving all the challenges throughout the last 365 days and for turning a year older.
