Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has reminisced on her mother’s death and expresses how much she misses her, stating that words cannot describe it.
Taking to her Instagram page to share a video of her mother being styled for a photoshoot session Iyabo Ojo said she would put all her pains and emotions aside to celebrate her posthumous 70th birthday today 9th August.
While expressing love for her mother, the actress said she is aware that her mother is celebrating with all the angels in heaven, adding she would continue to win for both of them.
The mother of two said she misses her mother so much, and her heart goes out for her every single day.
She wrote: it’s your birthday today my darling sweet mother, words alone can’t describe how much I miss you, words alone can’t describe how much I love you, words alone….
It can never do me justice ….. but today is your day so I will put all my pain and emotions aside & join heaven to celebrate your heavenly 70th birthday.
I celebrate you sweet mama, I love you pretty mama & I know that you are celebrating with all the angels in heaven too. enjoy your day & be rest assured that I will keep winning for both of us.
I miss you so so so soooooooooooooooooooooooo much, I seriously do, my heart goes out to you every single day birthday girl. my darling guiding angel happy birthday in heaven.
KemiFilani News recalls that Iyabo Ojo lost her beloved mother in the early hours of Saturday, November 21.
Sharing the sad news, Iyabo Ojo took to her Instagram page and penned down a touching tribute to her mother.
She wrote; ” My mother,my jewel,my guardian,my pearl…this is how you said goodbye?…we were joking about this days ago..I told you how much I want you to live long and watch the children become grown men and women but you said no..your joy was that I am happy..that your spirit would protect and be with us.
Little did I know you were set to leave..with total submission to the will of God,I announce the death of my mother Mrs Victoria olubunmi Fetuga who passed away in her sleep the early hours of today Saturday 21st November at the age of 67yrs..mama,you might be gone but we your children and grandkids would make sure your memories remain and linger on..like you promised,your spirit remains with us…iyabo ojo your love.”
