Ice Prince and Skiibii mocks Eedris Abdulkareem

Nigerian rappers, Ice Prince and Skibii have made a mockery of legendary rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem over his recent statement.

In a recent interview, Eedris claimed that he was the one who spearheaded the revolution that led to the global recognition of Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, and other artists.

He credited himself for their success as he said his revolt against the poor treatment of Nigerian artists by show promoters in 2005, especially his clash with 50 Cent and his members, was a breakthrough for them. He stated that now, Nigerian’ artists are being respected worldwide because of his sacrifice, which unfortunately led to the death of his career.

“I am the most beautiful sacrifice that gave birth to Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, and everybody today. Now they’re flying their own private jet. If you don’t fight for your industry, nobody will fight for you. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t appreciate”.

In a video making rounds online, Ice Prince and Skiibii were captured watching the interview as they mockingly hailed and appreciated him for saving the industry.

“Thank you, Daddy, we appreciate”, they sarcastically said.

A day back, Paul Okoye while weighing in on the online spat between Eedris Abdulkareem and Burna Boy slammed Eedris for always picking fights with his colleagues. He noted how Eedris has insulted and fought with almost all reigning artists.

Paul stated every day Eedris always talks about fighting for the industry which leaves him laughing as he recounted how Eedris betrayed the industry because of his greed.

He stated that he had kept silent all these while about what transpired.

Kemi Filani reported that Eedris had spoken out about the music industry and had slammed Burna Boy over a statement he made years back, claiming that none of his senior colleagues had prepared him for success.

Replying him, Eedris described his statement as a stup!d talk and Burna Boy had hit back, and the two traded words online.

Also weighing in, Jaywon stated that Eedris made a lot of contributions to the industry which he wasn’t applauded for because of his arrogance. He stated that he sees the same in Burna Boy as he noted how what goes around comes around.

He added that at the end of the day, everyone would collect and it’s just time.
