‘I don’t want to listen to anything else that is not related to how Peter Obi will win the election’ – Okey Bakassi warns

Popular Nigerian comic actor, Okey Bakassi has thrown his weight behind Peter Obi, who is Labour Party Presidential candidate for next year’s elections.

For Bakassi a father of three, he had warned Nigerians during the 2015 and 2019 elections that the current president is not competent enough, but his warnings fell on deaf ears.

On that note, he had decided to focus all his attentions to Peter Obi who is former Anambra State governor turned Presidential Aspirant.

Taking to his Instagram page, Okey Bakassi wrote: “When I was shouting in 2015 & 2019 to anyone who cared to listen that Bubu lacked the pedigree to make Nigeria better, some people refused to listen. Today Nigeria is in a mess and we are all suffering it. This 2023 election, it’s my turn not to listen to anyone…it’s PETER OBI for President! I don’t want to listen to anything that is not related to how Peter will win the election, don’t stress me with your political permutations. I can pay small attention to you, if you’re talking about other positions like National Assembly, Governor or State Assembly. I don’t want to hear about Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, etc…I don’t want to hear about Christian, Muslim or Witchcraft. If the political discussion is not about how Peter will win, I will not listen.”

Kemi Filani had reported that controversial Enugu Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, insisted that Peter Obi, who is the Labour Party Presidential candidate for next year’s elections, can never be president of Nigeria.

The cleric stated this at his Adoration Ministry, Enugu Nigeria.

Mbaka claimed that unless God ceases to exist, Obi would never smell the seat of the President.

He said, “A stingy man, that cannot give people his money, with this hunger ravaging the land, and you are saying he is the one you want. You want to die of hunger? Are you people insane? Where is the Holy Spirit?

“It is now that Atiku is seriously contesting for President; now that he is contesting without Peter Obi; it is now that he is serious? We want somebody that is serious. Unless Peter comes here to kneel, if he becomes President, he will close down this ministry. What we are doing is spiritual,

“Listen, a good old man is better than a young wicked man; Peter Obi is going nowhere as far as God lives. If Igbos want a representative, it is not someone like Peter Obi.
