Big Brother Shina Ya Eye housemate, Cross in a recent statement, has revealed how he was able to convince his mom to let him participate in the reality TV show.
Cross, who is the eldest child of his mother, who is an evangelist, revealed the at first, she didn’t want him to take part in the reality TV show, but he had to break it down for her to understand.
The reality star, in a Facebook live interview with PUNCH Online on Wednesday, disclosed that his mum wasn’t conversant with entertainment trends, and he had to convince her before he entered into the show.
Cross said, “My mum is a pastor – an evangelist – and she wasn’t used to these social media stuff and entertainment stuff or even Big Brother.
“So I had to explain to her little by little how it was and she said it was okay.
“Last year, when I almost went in, she knew how sad I was when I didn’t go in. So it was a bit easier to convince her, especially because of that.”
