Actress Halima Abubakar hits back at Apostle Suleman’s lawsuit and threats
Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar has hit back at the founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman.
Kemi Filani news reported that the clergyman had reacted to the actress’s ongoing battle with him with a lawsuit.
Apostle Suleman filed a lawsuit against Halima Abubakar for defamation of his character.
The suit titled “DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS CONCERNING APOSTLE JOHNSON SULEMAN: NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST” was specifically addressed to Halima Abubakar over her recent outburst on social media regarding her past affairs with the man of God.
The suit accused Halima Abubakar of publishing damaging, malicious and defamatory statements about Apostle Suleman against his conduct. The ailing actress was also asked to make a retracting statement in some selected National Newspapers.
Halima Abubakar, who is unbothered with the suit and threat, challenged him.
The actress didn’t chicken out as she promised to see him in court.
“JS Sure see you at the court”.
Recall that for the past week, the actress has been dragging the clergyman over their decade-old relationship.
The Kogi-state actress had opened a can of worms about their affair which she claimed happened 11 years ago. Halima revealed that the clergyman had engaged her, held a wedding introduction with her and even owed her two kids.
Her colleagues weren’t left out of the drama as she dragged them into it. From blogger, Linda Ikeji and Stella Dimor Korkus to Shan George, Annie Idibia, Mercy Johnson, Uche Nancy, and others; they weren’t spared from her rods.
To top it off, Halima’s family accused the clergyman of being fetish as they claimed he had bedridden the actress.
Currently, Halima is indisposed and under the care of her family and loved ones.
