Talented Nigerian rapper, Sodiq Yusuf popularly known as CDQ has stated that getting a call from Wizkid would be one of the highpoints of his career.
The vivacious rapper in a chat with KFN said: ”One of the memorable moments of my career was when I got call from Wizkid from nowhere .I was an upcoming artiste back then. He said he would like us to work on some tracks together.It was unbelievable as a rookie in the industry. It was back then late 2014”.
On the weirdest thing a fan has ever done to him, he said:” A lady went on National TV to fabricate stories about me just to get my attention .That was Big Brother Naija) to be precise. She later apologized to me when she came out of the house”.
CDQ also revealed that unknown to many, he quit his job in the bank to pursue his passion for music.
“I once did a white collar job. I once worked in a bank but I quit the job after a week because of my passion for music”.
Asked about the qualities he looks out for in a woman, CDQ who has sung about women in some of his tunes noted that an intelligent beautiful African woman with butts gets his attention”.
