Former Big Brother Naija Season 6 housemate, Adeniyi Lawal has issued a piece of strong advice to those who visit the gymnasium often referred to as the gym.
Taking to his Twitter page, Niyi advised that if anyone wants to visit the gym, it is important to get the heart tested by the doctor.
Stating his reasons, Niyi disclosed that a 28-year-old man passed away during exercise at the gym. He noted that the man had high blood pressure and not taking his medications. He also said his doctor warned him.
He wrote: “Guys… if you are going to be gyming, please try and get your heart tested by a doctor… Blood pressure and those medical tests.
“A guy just died at the gym today during exercise. He was 28. Apparently he had high blood pressure and not taking meds and his doctor warned him”.
Niyi Lawal’s early eviction from BBNaija season 6
Kemi Filani News recalls that Niyi Lawal was one of the housemates in Africa’s biggest reality TV show ‘Big Brother Naija’ Season 6 edition themed ‘Shine YA Eye’.
Niyi was the only married male housemate in the house. According to Niyi, he is a father of one and he is married to an Israelite woman.
Niyi disclosed at the beginning of the show that he is spontaneous, Ambitious, likes to dance, plans to stay away from gossip, happily married with one child. He used to play basketball but quit after an injury.
The 34-year-old time was however short-lived after he became the second housemate to be evicted from the show. During his media rounds, Niyi revealed that he had a strong feeling he was going to be evicted because Pere put him up for eviction following their misunderstanding.
