Box office actress Funke Akindele has drummed support for her colleague, Odunlade Adekola’s movie project.

Earlier today, Odunlade Adekola unveiled plans to take Lagos by storm with his students in preparation for his new movie, ORISA.

On Instagram, Odunlade shared a video that captured his female students all dressed in traditional white outfits to promote his movie.

He wrote, “Be ready for all these beautiful ladies today in the city of LAGOS”

Funke Akindele shared the same video on her Instagram story with a cheering caption. She wrote, “We are ready!!! #orisathemovie by my brother @odunomoadekola”

Prayers rain on Funke Akindele for boosting a fan’s career

Similarly, Funke Akindele was showered with prayers for boosting one of her fan’s careers.

A few days ago, Funke Akindele teased her fans with the second part of her movie, Omo Ghetto The Saga. She spoke about the movie on Twitter, where she declared that the second part of her movie is loading.

Funke Akindele’s statement was a response to the question of a fan regarding the movie. A fan of the actress, identified as Ayomide, asked if they should anticipate the second part of the movie.

She tweeted, “Should we be expecting Omo Ghetto The Saga 2, or we should not think about it.”

Recall that Funke Akindele’s Omo Ghetto The Saga broke the 4 years box office record of Kemi Adetiba to be the highest-grossing Nollywood movie of all time.

It is currently in the second spot, being dethroned by Funke Akindele’s latest movie, Battle on Buka Street.
