A Nigerian man and fan of popular A-list actress and mother of four, Mercy Johnson, has revealed to the thespian and movie maker that watching her movies make him cry a lot.
According to Barak O Pres, who took to the comment section of the Kogi born influencer, he cries so hard when he watches her movie as he doesn’t understand how she does her eyes. He wrote; “Each time I watch some of your movie! Man like me go Dey cry ! I did last night … I don’t understand how u do that your eyes!”
Mercy Johnson hails from Okene in Kogi state Nigeria.
Right after her secondary school education, she auditioned for a role in the movie; “The Maid” and subsequently acted in other movies such as Hustlers, Baby Oku in America, War in the Palace.
In 2009, she won an award for Best Supporting Actress at the 2009 African Movie Award ceremony for her performance in the movie “Live to Remember.”
In 2013, she won the Best Actress award at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards for her role in the comedy movie Dumebi the Dirty Girl.
Mercy Johnson is known for delivering her movie roles effortlessly.
In December 2011, she was listed as Google’s most searched Nigerian celebrity, a position she retained in 2012.
Mercy Johnson is the senior special assistant (SSA) to the Kogi state governor on entertainment, arts and culture. This post took effect from 1 April 2017.
She made her debut as film producer with epic movie; The Legend of Inikpi.
