Tunji Adeleke, the cousin to award-winning music star, Davido has called him out over his latest post.
Kemi Filani reported hours ago that the Grammy nominee had taken to his social media page to share new photos of himself with an interesting caption. Davido noted how people always come together to discredit him, however God is working overtime for him. He declared that 2024 is his year as he admonished people to fix their speakers as he is coming.
In the photos he posted, Davido had cropped Tunji, who was sitting beside him in the car in one of the photos.
Resharing the full picture, Tunji played on Davido’s caption, as he also noted how people come together to crop him out of pictures. However, his God is working tirelessly for him. He stated that this year is a year do being intentional.
“They all come together to crop me out the picture. But he is working tirelessly. 2024 year of being intentional”.
Recently, Davido sent a message to his naysayers and those who underestimated him.
The Afrobeat singer, told his haters and critics never to play with God, as he listed out his wins, noting how people mocked him for not having a Grammy nomination and now he has it and much more.
Since his comeback album, Timeless, Davido has been making history and breaking down records. The singer had gotten his first Grammy nominations for Best Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Global Music Album at the 2024 Grammy. Unfortunately, he lost them all.
In October, Davido was honored by Atlanta and Georgia with a ‘Day’ dedicated to praising him. Atlanta had officially declared November 18th, 2023 as Davido’s Day, while Fulton County, Georgia has declared November 21st, 2023 as Davido Appreciation Day.
Also, Davido was recognized as an “Outstanding Georgia citizen by the Georgia State of Assembly.
