Nigerian singer and songwriter, Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, better known as Dammy Krane has cried out over an alleged threat on his life by his colleague, Davido as the debt conflict between them lingers on.
Kemi Filani news reported that Dammy Krane called out Davido for alleged debt.
The singer whose career has taken a downturn claimed that the multiple award-winning music star was yet to pay him for their then-hit song, Pere.
He shared an old tweet from Davido where he gave a shout-out to Dammy Krane for co-writing, Pere with him. Read here
Dammy Krane went extreme in his fight with Davido after he released an official portrait of Davido’s crew known as 30BG.
The singer renamed the gang from 30 billion gang to 30 broke gang. He further took a swipe at Davido for his ripping others while pretending to be lifting them.
“Official portrait for 30 Broke Gang. Rise by Ripping others. Oh Marte boy #PayMe”.
Dammy also dragged colleague, Tekno into their fight as he questioned if the singer had been paid for writing Davido’s song, If and Fall.
Dammy Krane alleges threat to life
In a new development, Dammy Krane alleged that Davido sent his guys to attach him. He took to his Instagram page to share a picture of someone looking through his car window issuing a stern warning to be him. He wrote,
“Davido Sent his boys to Attack me but they failed, thanks to Safety & security measures by the Government, I have the full video of David’s boy (AB KUSH) trying to force my Car door open & attack me (this same guy also came sneaking around my house after this attempt) All attempts were caught on security surveillance Camera “This is threat to Life”. @prince_ii @fozadoza @nigerianpoliceforce
He took also took to his Twitter page to share his Instagram story and tagged the
Lagos State Police Command spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin.
Replying, Hundeyin asked him to lodge a formal complaint at the nearest police station.
Dammy Krane however noted that it is not safe to leave his house as the people after him have been sneaking around. He also noted that he has footage of them.
The PRO further asked him to inform a lawyer, relative or friend to complain on his behalf.
At the time of this post, Davido has not responded to Dammy Krane’s allegations.
