Nigerian doctor and social media influencer, Egemba Chinonso better known as Aproko Doctor, has revealed why he can lay down his life for his wife, Chiamaka.
The digital creator in an interview with Chude Jideonwo states that he can die for his wife because he has seen the things she can do for him.
According to him, this is what one calls Sacrificial love when you give your all to someone in spite of yourself.
“If it comes to laying down my life literally, I will give it all for this person. Cause I have seen what she is able to do. Which is why sacrificial giving can you love someone in spite of yourself? Gladly”.
His bold declaration has left many applauding him.

Similarly, in a recent interview, Yoruba actor, Lekan Olatunji revealed how he sold most of his property in a bid to keep his wife alive.
Lekan recounted how he sold his two cars for N4 million to save his wife, who was battling breast cancer, but his efforts were futile.
Recall that Aproko Doctor got married to his wife, Chiamaka Nwakalor in June 2020. The couple met on the micro-blogging platform, Twitter and from there their love blossomed into marriage.
In 2023, the popular Twitter doctor opened up on his health battle with a brain tumor, which he battled for over two weeks.
He disclosed that on the 5th of December, 2022, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, which left him partially blind. Fortunately for him, he had surgery to remove the tumor which was successful.
The Twitter doctor further revealed the reasons he didn’t seek medical attention abroad despite objections from his friends and family.
His wife, had shared how their marriage survived the health crisis, revealing that they held strong faith and believed he was going to survive. She further disclosed that his health challenges made their marriage go through a lot, however, she stood by his side and took care of him.
