Queen Omobolanle, one of the younger wives of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, has revealed how the late monarch stylishly said goodbye before his death.
Queen Omobolanle took to Instagram to grieve her deceased husband, who passed on in April 2022.
She appreciated the mercy of God for life, family, and her late husband.
Queen Omobolanle revealed that the late monarch stylishly said his goodbye by giving her a trip to the holy pilgrimage. She prayed that the Almighty God elevate his station and enlarge his grave.

Here’s another bonafide reason to be glorified and thankful to Allah’s mercy upon me and my family. I.K.U B.A.B.A.Y.E.Y.E keep on resting Okomi, He has paid for my Hajj of 2022 not Knowing He was stylishly saying a forever goodbye! I pray Your soul placed where Allah’s beloved belong for the sake’s of Holy Land of Mecca Allah, forgive [ATANDA OMO IBIRONKE ADEYEMI ] and elevate his station among those who are guided. Send him along the path of those who came before, and forgive us and him, ALLAH!!! Enlarge his grave and shed light upon him in it. Amen….

Kemi Filani recalls how the late Alaafin of Oyo built houses for his wives before his demise in April 2022.
The wives took to social media to show off the new house gifts they received from the late ruler as part of their inheritance.
Queen Opeyemi shared her house online and expressed appreciation to her late husband for gifting her a befitting home. She also prayed that her late husband would continue to find peace.
She wrote: “Every day, i wake up to the immense thought of my husband and his impactful life on me before his demise, i give gratitude to Allah.”
“This is one of the numerous gifts His Imperial Majesty Iku Baba Yeye gifted me. A gift of a befitting house was least expected, but my late husband made it happen.”
“Once again, my appreciation knows no limit. Even in eternity, my love for you is limitless. May you find peace wherever your soul is, my dear husband.”
