The many wives of the Alaafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III have taken to their various Instagram pages to celebrate the first-class monarch on his 83rd birthday today.
Olori Mojisola Adeyemi prayed in an Instagram post on Friday that her husband would enjoy good health all the days of his life.
“Happy birthday to my crown and a living legend his imperial majesty @alaafin_oyo and on this special day may your days be long on earth in good health and happiness with everlasting joy. May the remaining days of your life be the best,” she wrote.
In her own Instagram post, Olori Memunat Adeyemi called the Alaafin her ‘demigod’ and ‘super hero’.
“I need to let you know again and again that you are one of God’s most elegant creatures for great exploits and manifestations,” she wrote.
Olori Memunat also prayed for good health for her husband, adding that he made her a “noticeable woman in the society.”
The Alaafin has more than 10 wives, many children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Some of his other wives include Olori Rahamat, Olori Rukayat, Olori Aishat, Olori Badirat, Olori Ganiyat, Olori Mariam, Olori Anuoluwapo and Olori Damilola.
