It was an evening of fun, music and excitement last night as Nigerian singer Simi thrilled fans at a live concert tagged ‘Can you see me now’.
The event which was held at Muri Okunola Park Victoria Island Lagos witnessed a large turnout of her fans called ‘Simi Army’.It was anchored by actress and social media sensation, Bukunmi Adeaga a.k.a Kiekie
At the epoch-making show, artistes like Falz, Ladipoe, Joeboy, Patoranking, Zoroswag and others thrilled the audience with their excellent performances.
One of the highpoints of the show was when Simi invited Adekunle Gold to the stage. The crowd screamed in ecstasy as they both performed their song titled ‘Promise’.
At some point during Adekunle Gold’s performance, Simi interjected saying: “AG baby is your baby on stage, but my baby at home”, this got the audience enraptured in laughter.
Another unforgettable high point of the show was when Simi acted as a video vixen while Adekunle Gold was performing his hit song, ‘Sinner’.
The sonorous singer performed songs like Joromi, Woman, Angelina, Ayo, Aimasiko, amongst others. Simi alongside Falz also recreated their chemistry on stage when they performed ‘Soldier’ their collaborative efforts.
