Social media users are reacting to an adorable video of Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eyes‘ housemate, Queen Mercy Atang, meeting her mother-in-law.
Her fiance, David Oyekanmi, had shared a video on his Instagram story of Queen meeting his mother. In the heart-melting clip, Queen could be seen smiling as she met her soon-to-be mother-in-law who hugged her tightly. The two later exchanged kisses to the surprise of many.
In his caption, he described Queen as his mother’s new best friend and look alike.

Kemi Filani reported on Thursday that Queen had announced her engagement to another man. The reality star shared a photo of her flaunting her engagement ring while holding the hands of her fiance.
In a later post on her Instagram page, the reality star revealed that her man proposed to her with a diamond ring. He disclosed that her man told her that it was diamonds for her because she meant the world to him.
The reality star stated that she had lost her voice from screaming and shouting over the expensive ring. Expressing her gratitude to her Maker, she thanked Him for his faithfulness.
Recall that her baby daddy, Lord Lamba, suffered a series of backlash from netizens who slammed him for acknowledging his daughter on the day his baby mama, Queen announced her engagement to her lover.
The content creator was bashed online for previously denying the paternity and keeping his daughter’s life in private. He was accused of trying to sabotage Queen’s engagement.
Speaking out, Lord Lamba denied the accusations and cleared the air about trying to stop Queen from finding her happiness.
Lamba claimed he posted about his daughter to clarify the paternity of his daughter and hence, he captioned the post with her full name. He noted that the choice of living a private life does not affect the relationship he shared with his daughter and he’s been a father figure to his girl.
He also spoke about things not working out between them and how they are trying to give their daughter the best despite not being together.
