Nollywood actress Susan Peters has slammed Lami Philips over the death of Sylvester Oromoni, a 12-year-old student of Dowen College.

In a throwback video shared on her Instagram page, Susan Peters recalls how Lami Philips defended Dowen College in 2018 but has remained silent over the death of Sylvester Oromoni.

While expressing disappointment at Lami Philips, Susan Peters urged her to do the needful, noting that bullying has become a trend.

Susan Peters added that Lami Philips knows the truth and questioned why she deactivated her Instagram page since the incident.

She wrote: Auntie so you were able to come out in 2018 to defend dowen college and now cat got your tongue abi ? Lami Philips am so disappointed, you are a mother you should do the needful!!! This is becoming a trend now , you and other parents and well meaningful citizens should speak out .

We have been shouting corruption, how did we get here in the first place ? Why is your Instagram account deleted ? All of Una know the truth and nothing but the truth !

Kemi Filani News recalls that Sylvester Oromoni’s story went viral on social media on Wednesday after a Twitter user, who claimed to be the boy’s cousin, recounted his version of the story.

He claimed that the student was killed after he rejected attempts by some boys to make him join a cult group.

However, in a statement on Wednesday 1st December, the school’s management debunked the claims stating the student was injured while playing football with his colleagues.
