Actress Monalisa Chinda stirs emotional reactions as she pays a visit to Mr Ibu at the hospital
Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda has stirred the emotions of Nigerians as she visits the ailing veteran actor John Okafor popularly known as Mr. Ibu.
It is no longer news that the comic actor has been on the sick bed for an extended period. Videos that emerged online today captured the actor and his wife, begging Nigerians to come to their aid as her husband’s social media accounts have been hijacked by fraud.
Mr. Ibu’s wife disclosed that her husband took a break from Nollywood after his sickness. She urged her Nigerians to pray for her husband and support them by contacting her or meeting her at the hospital where he is currently receiving treatment.
Following this development, Actress Monalisa Chinda shared a video online capturing her lovely and emotional moments with the actor as Nigerians got emotional with her act of kindness.
According to the actress, the Actor Guild of Nigeria, AGN, have been supporting Mr. Ibu’s treatment. She disclosed this in her caption when she appreciated the association for supporting the actor.
To the satisfaction of many, Monalisa Chinda affirms that the actor is responding to treatment at the Zenith Medical and Kidney Centre in Abuja.

Kemi Filani recalls that Mr. Ibu, on his 60th birthday, pledged to make history before he died.
Mr Ibu took to his social media to thank God for life spent so far as he revealed he plans to live till he is 100 years old.
The talented actor disclosed that his mother died at the age of 91, and he hopes to leave a history before he dies.
