Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has come under heavy criticism following the release of her colleague Olarewaju Omiyinka popularly called Baba Ijesha, for his bail involving a sexual assault case.
Kemifilani News recalls the Lagos State Magistrate court finally released Baba Ijesha on Thursday after Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Ikeja Special Offences Court granted the actor bail two million Naira and two sureties.
Reacting some social media users pointed Iyabo Ojo’s absence at the court, saying she should bury her head in shame, recalling how she promised to ensure that Baba Ijesha rots in prison still the end of the court case.
In what may seem like a mockery, some social media users questioned Iyabo Ojo if she will still be selling her house to send Baba Ijesha back to prison as she had earlier promised.
Meanwhile, the bail granted to the embattled Nollywood actor does not mean he’s free of a six-count charge bordering on indecent treatment, sexual assault, attempted sexual assault by penetration and sexual assault by penetration levelled against him.

At least, a person remains innocent until proved otherwise by a competent court of laws. I would stand by Iyabo if injustice is done on her too.
