Nollywood actor Richard Mofe-Damijo has penned down a special tribute for veteran actor Olu Jacobs following his latest achievement at the Afriff Global award held in Lagos State over the weekend.
In the post shared on his Instagram page, RMD congratulates Olu Jacobs for a well-deserved lifetime award during the Afriff event.
RMD expressed appreciation to Olu Jacobs and his wife Joke Silva for being gracious and a blessing.
She wrote: Congratulations my very own uncle J @_olujacobs. A well deserved Life Time Achievement Award. Because of you I’m Pathfinder you are. I celebrate you and your family this morning.
It is my good fortune that I can call you and my baby Sister @ajokesilva family. Thank you for ever being so gracious to me. Like my people will say, my knees are on the ground for you. It is well with you!
Kemi Filani News will recall that Joke Silva debunked the flying rumours that her husband and colleague Olu Jacobs is dead.
To drive home her points, Joke Silva took to her official Instagram page to warn rumour mongers to desist from such callous act or face legal action.
Her post reads “Good day good people. Trust you all are good? This is just to inform you that Sir J (Olu Jacobs MFR), as we fondly call him is alive and enjoying his singing lessons. He wants to add dancing but I have advised he wait a bit. So, to all those carrying false rumours, remember it is a criminal offence. Desist or legal action will be taken. Signed Joke Silva (MFR) AKA Mrs Ajoke Jacobs.”
