MAPOLY Final year student dies during child birth

A Final year undergraduate of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, (MAPOLY),Olatundun Alexander Borokini has reportedly lost her life to child birth, leaving the entire school and her family, completely torn apart

It was gathered that the Computer Science HND2 student had succesfully delivered a set of twins before giving up the ghost

According to reports, she delivered her babies in an Abeokuta Hospital before being transfered, owing to complications during delivery. An eyewitness noted that the deceased would not have died if the vehicle transporting her to the second hospital, upon her reffereal, didn’t break down

In his words;

“I went to do a medical checkup and have some test at the hospital yesterday, but i was fortunate to witness the scene. Yesterday was a bad and mysterious day at korede Hospital.

The vehicle that was meant to take Olatundun to FMC for emergency treatment broke down on the midway where she gave up before them getting to the medical center doing the process.

“Perhaps she might have survived the incident because someone also tried to help with his car after the other vehicle broke down but he couldn’t meet up.

Her friends alongside other students have penned down tributes to the family of the deceased
