This man was a criminal. He was charged with sexual assault by the Royal Canadian Mountain Police. He was asked to turn himself in earlier that year. He tried to intimidate the victim through ‘a pastor’ when he was to have no contact. He was going to jail. He knew he would lose his permanent residence and he would be a convicted sex offender, unable to travel to any highly civilized country. He was not supposed to be in Toronto. If the police found him, out on bail, he would have been in breach and of his bail in Edmonton. That is why this happened. He was a violent man and he killed that girl and knew it was all over, he would spend his life in jail.
