Tems’ biography
Her real name is Temilade Openiyi,, and she was born on the 11th of June 1995 to a Nigerian mother and a British Nigerian father in the UK.
The report revealed that when Tems was five years old, her parents divorced, and she relocated with her mother to Nigeria, where they resided in Ajah Lekki.
There are reports that Tems has a brother, but there are no records of who he is. Tems is a British Nigerian and celebrated her 26th birthday in June 2021.
Education
Tems was a student at Dowen College, Lekki, Lagos state, where she bagged her SSCE and later gained admission to study economics in a university in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she graduated from.
Career
Tems has been interested in music from a tender age and was a part of her local church choir. She learnt to play the piano at an early age and continued to make music even in university.
