Mercy Aigbe, Broda Shaggi react as Fuji musician, Kwam1 chase away Sanyeri and Okele for hijacking his money

Kwam chases sanyere and okele

Nigerian celebrities Mercy Aigbe, Broda Shaggi and other social media users have reacted to what famous Fuji musician Kwam1 did to Nollywood actors Sanyeri and Okele at an event.

A video making the rounds on social media captured the moment Kwam1 chased actors Sanyeri and Okele away for hijacking the money meant to be sprayed on him.

While Kwam1 was singing at an event, Sanyeri and Okele were seen dancing and sprayed endlessly instead of the Fuji musician serenading the audience.

Displeased with the scene, Kwam chased away the Nollywood actors, which has generated outrage and hilarious reactions online.

Reacting to this, Mercy Aigbe laughed over the video and wrote lobatan, a Yoruba word that means ‘it is now finished’. In the social media context, Lobatan means ‘something that’s beyond explanation or hilarious’.

Broda Shaggi also laughed over the video while other social media users slammed Kwam1 for acting in such a manner.

What I’ll miss as the new Olu of Warri – Prince Tsola Emiko

olu of warri coronation

Yesterday, history was made as the Itsekiri people trooped out en masse and converged in their ancestral home, Ode-Itsekiri popularly called big Warri, to crown their new king.

Prince Tsola Emiko until yesterday was referred to as Omoba, after spending 90 days in seclusion in which he was educated on Itsekiri culture and custom, as well as kingship etiquettes was crowned the 21st Olu of Warri after picking the royal title of Ogiame Atuwatse III.

Asked what he would miss most now that he is the Ogiame Atuwatse III, he said… "My anonymity! People want to be celebrities so bad in this generation. I’ve always appreciated my “anonymity”. Now that it’s been obviously taken away from me, I think that more than anything, this is what I will miss the most. "
